π Your motivation has to come from you, you have to want it to make a change.
π Your friends and family may comment on your new journey, but don't let their opinion stop you. Unfortunately not everyone is going to get it, but that's okayy!
π You won't be able to stay on track every single day. You're human! The main thing is that you get back on track as soon as you can and don't beat yourself up about it.
